New Community Alert | West Port in Port Charlotte

West Port is coming soon to Port Charlotte! The land is cleared and they are building model homes as I type this. West Port is conveniently located between SR 776 and US 41, just minutes from various restaurants, retail shops, and only 20 mins from the blue water beaches of Boca Grande Florida. The roadways are finished, use caution driving though due to construction debris. They will soon open Flamingo and 776 which will connect 41 and 776 which has never been opened but currently has a traffic light and turning lanes in preparation.

This new gated community will offer several unique home designs featuring a number of builders including Maronda, DR Horton, Lennar and more! Pricing will be from 200k -500k. Homes will be split into communities and Lennar has "The Isles" which will be maintenance free, the others will be single family homes maintained by owner.
